About the role

A part time role for someone who likes order and follow through. You would keep client records accurate and reviews on schedule, and you would be the first voice most clients hear when they call.

Our Norwich office looks after clients across Norfolk and north Suffolk. It is a small team where everyone knows the clients by name.

What you would be doing

Preparing client files and paperwork ahead of review meetings

Chasing providers for valuations and policy information

Keeping the back office system accurate and up to date

Booking review meetings and managing the office diary

Answering client calls and handling everyday queries

What we are looking for

Essential

Experience in an administrative role, ideally in financial services

Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems

Careful with detail and happy working to a process

The right to work in the UK

Nice to have

Experience with a back office system such as Intelligent Office

Familiarity with financial services paperwork

What we offer

Salary of £24,000 to £28,000 pro rata, depending on experience

Company pension scheme

25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pro rata

Flexible hours over three or four days

Training and support if you would like to study
