About the role

This is a first technical role rather than an administrative one. You would learn the research and report writing side properly, with structured study support and someone experienced checking your work while you find your feet.

Our Frimley office covers clients across Surrey and north Hampshire. The paraplanning team there supports several planners and has room for someone starting out.

What you would be doing

Gathering policy information and preparing client files for research

Drafting sections of suitability reports under supervision

Building comparisons of existing and recommended arrangements

Preparing annual review packs

Learning the back office system and keeping records accurate

What we are looking for

Essential

Some experience in financial services administration

Comfortable with numbers and confident writing clearly

Careful with detail and willing to ask questions

The right to work in the UK

Nice to have

Started, or ready to start, the Level 4 Diploma

Experience with a back office system such as Intelligent Office

What we offer

Salary of £24,000 to £27,000, depending on experience

Full support for the Level 4 Diploma, including exam fees and study time
