Firms joining across Sussex and Kent
IFA consolidator Absolute Financial Group is continuing its rapid expansion with four deals in the South East of England.
Three of these deals are the acquisition of client books of advisers who are retiring, with the fourth adviser joining Absolute to continue advising their clients. Absolute now has more than £2.4 billion in Assets Under Advice following the deals, which add £134 million.
These latest deals take the total acquisitions completed to 14 since the launch of Absolute in December 2025, delivering on Absolute's ambition to create the UK's leading independent financial planning business.
A model built around the owner's plans
The latest deals highlight the flexibility of the Absolute model, which offers a range of options to owners. They can choose to retire, to continue working with Absolute following acquisition, or to join its Partnership Program.
THE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
Absolute makes an initial investment and agrees a buyout plan for the remaining share capital in the future, providing a long-term exit for owners.
The four firms
Clients of the three retiring owners will transfer to Absolute and be supported by existing planners in the South East.
